I had been a practicing artist for most of my adult life, when one day, while walking to my studio, a large tree snapped over in the wind and came crashing down on me from behind. I was badly mangled, but survived. During the ensuing recovery I started making Playdoh sculptures to cheer myself up. I eventually worked on bringing this newly discovered style of work to a professional level.
Currently I strive to make work that is rowdy, fun, and sometimes a bit irreverent. It is immensely entertaining.
